Unpack, pick your beds, and get settled. First order of business: walk down to the beach and see the ocean. 🌊

Relax on the beach and soak up the sun, swim, watch the sunset over the beach.

Pizza + Karaoke + Projector Movie in the Yard

The full night-one production: pizza, karaoke in the yard, then a movie on the projector. Best first night ever.

Watch the sunset from the beach — LBI sunsets are chef's kiss. Then grab ice cream at Barry's Do Me a Favor or The Woo Hoo in Beach Haven.

Day 2 — Fantasy Island Day

Uncle Will's Pancake House

The LBI breakfast institution. Stack on the pancakes — it's a beach trip, calories don't count.

Getting there

Uncle Will's is on Long Beach Blvd in Beach Haven — walkable from most rental areas.
It gets busy on weekends — go early (8–9am) or be ready to wait. Worth it.
Cash-friendly, card accepted.

Late Morning

Bay Village Downtown + LBI Book Store

Walk around Bay Village, shop, grab lunch, and make sure to hit the LBI Book Store. Back to the house/beach after.

Afternoon

Back to the Beach

Return to the house, hit the beach, and recharge before the main event tonight.

Evening — Do at Night!!

Fantasy Island Amusement Park

The classic LBI boardwalk amusement park — rides, games, boardwalk food. DO IT AT NIGHT when the lights are on and the vibe is unmatched.

The Chicken or the Egg — or Breakfast at Home

Head to The Chicken or the Egg in Beach Haven for a proper sit-down breakfast, or cook pancakes and bagels at the house.

Late Morning

Barnegat Lighthouse

Drive up to Barnegat Light State Park at the north tip of the island and climb "Old Barney." 217 steps and the view from the top is incredible.

About the lighthouse

Barnegat Lighthouse State Park — north end of LBI in Barnegat Light borough.
Climb is 217 steps. Totally worth it — views of the whole island and open ocean.
Park opens at 8am.
Walk the jetty rocks after the climb — great photo spot.

Beach Picnic Lunch

Head to the beach around 1pm. Pack sandwiches, chips, and fruit for a picnic lunch on the sand.
